Apologies if anyone has already picked up on this, but how do you TOW a ship by firing your spinal mount? 

Surely the best way to tow another object is directly in line with your centre of mass, otherwise the asymmetric load will mean you just go around n big circles.


I could be wrong, but aren't most spinal mounts at the heart of your ship - aka your centre of mass.


Sorry, were you trying to tow *A* disabled vessel, or lots of little pieces..?
