I'd do that one too, but as it's not a free thing on the internet, it's probably not allowed or fair to do so. But its not hard to get hold of via FFE CDs or DriveThru. It has a nifty table for percentage adjustments according to TL etc.
I've not yet actually gone into such detail but I might give it a go at the next planet just to make the point. It's an article I've long had in my 'ref's folder' of jtas articles I might use in a game rather than read and enjoy but no more or use for prep but not in game

Well, I was only semi-serious but it is an interesting thought experiment into ripples that spread out from actions.
