If anyone is interested I have the original GENIE (aka DGP, aka MT era?) and T4 data available in generic sql format at http://dbdev2.pharmacy.arizona.edu/archives/tdata.tar.gz I have imported it into MySQL without an issue. It’s sparsely documented, but if anyone has any questions let me know.

I knew someone had to have the data in a database already! Thanks! As terrible as spreadsheets are the one advantage is very quick pivot tables.
