Hi there,Does anyone know the RGB values for "Traveller red"? I'm close but it's not quite right and not sure if it's my eyesight, looking at a screen rather than a book, or something else.
Looking at my CT PDFs the color of the logo on book 1 is 227:39:54.
Per this random site in the intertubes ( https://codebeautify.org/rgb-to-pantone-converter ) it is closest to Pantone 1788C which looks right to my eye. https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/1788-C
It could also be Red 032C https://www.pantone.com/color-finder/Red-032-C
Those pantone links have RGB, Hex, and CYMK #’s for them.
Per Pantone, if you have the right stuff enabled in photoshop you can specify a Pantone color and get the rgb value, and vice versa
Does anyone know if there is an 'official' value? And if so what?
I miss Loren…he would definitely have had this info squirreled away in that magnificent brain of his...

I'm thinking of the classic Traveller boxed set. not for, example, what looks to my eyes an almost purple red in T5.cheers
