I had an odd thought this morning.

Falcon 9 will put a 7500kg loaded Dragon on the ISS

SpaceShip2 carries 6 passengers with a total loaded mass of 9740kg.

Suppose you scaled that back to pilot, passenger, cargo and got it down to 7500kg...

The only things that wouldn't be reusable are the Falcon second stage and the connecting parts?
