I checked in a copy of Donald McKinney's Integrated Timeline I saved back in 2013. In 300 the Third Imperium was at TL 13 and the reference is listed as the MT Referee's Companion. is the date close enough?

I was thinking TL12-13 as well but wanted to be sure. I was looking at the Dark Nebula game last night, which i think is based around that time period, which states up to jump 4 for ships, which tends to suggest a max of TL13 as well.

I have the Traveller timeline somewhere so will have to look it up. Didn't realise it included TLs as I've chatted to Don about it in the past for my Reavers' Deep research.

I'm on COTI Ethan so thanks for the shortcut, that was going to be my next port of call.
