I also clearly remember Phil's trials by fire and the tempering process he went through here. BTW Phil I am openly shocked at how well you turned that phase around! All off the (most anyway) want to see you succeed and you are acting like we are all against you. I am not saying we are the best helpers but we are trying.

I have found in my life when one person calls me an idiot, it might be true or they might be an idiot but by the 5th person, it would seem that I need to take a long hard look at myself and see what I am doing wrong. We have all made mistakes here. This is a good place to learn how to effectively communicate and how to present and defend your ideas with grace. These people on this list will hand your ass to you in a bucket if you leave them an opening!

Clearly you need to work on your communictions stlye. If this were not so, everyone would be singing your praises and perhaps nicely pointing out weaknesses in your plan.
