The issue appears to be with MS IE which is a common event.
Apparently the new host for TML has more bells and whistles than when it was on Yahoo.

Most mail clients (including web browser based ones) allow the user to
set the default font size for reading mail. Setting your outgoing
font size to something large is almost never useful unless you want to
give the impression of yelling.
Not that this has any effect on me whatsoever, since I only see plain
text in all messages from the TML. I had thought that the TML only
allowed plain text through anyway, so I have no idea why some people
are seeing large blue text at all.
