Morning Guy,
While waiting for the review of the TL-9 sensor packages and reformatting
the TL-10 one I have run the twenty-five standard hulls through my
spreadsheet. In summary I matched eleven of the hull volumes, two power
requirements, zero hull costs, seventeen of the remaining surface area numbers,
and twenty-three of the lengths.
The two hull lengths I did not match were for the open frame hulls.
Consolidated TNE Errata page 34 has the following note: Page 12, left column,
Hull Form and Configuration table (correction): The length multiplier (LM) for
Open Frame should be 4, not “3.5”.
Using 3.5 matches the lengths in table, using 4 changes the Open
Frame U 800 ton hull from 98 to 108 m, while the Open Frame U 2000 ton hull’s
length goes from 126 to 144 m.
I’m reviewing my data and will provide more details later as to how far off
my numbers are.
