I was reading this:

and noticed comments #14 and #33.

Along with #33 I've never heard of The Little Black Rule and wondered if anyone else had?  (And given that #14 doesn't actually quote what it is, I'm not sure how #33 can agree it's perfect?!)

If either of the authors are here, perhaps they could elucidate?
