Now that one I hadn't come across!

Having said that, I have learned a number of specialist farming terms for sheep in the last couple of years (there are a lot of them, all with precise meanings), as well as learning a couple of variants on common terms, including 'yow' for ewe, so I'm not the least surprised by this one.
