The worst part is I had an early paperback that had drawings of the suits, unfortunately I have no idea where the book went.

Remember what the cover looked like?
I recall two covers for the book one has troopers dropping out of the sky with a mountain range behind them and the other has kind of a green background  in the middle are bugs and at the bottom are the troopers.
