Jeff,
Ditto Timothy!
But I think your pay may need to be cut if you persist in allowing typos
like the current one (albeit quickly fixed) to creep into your
zine. Wait - you're not actually paid anything, are you? Very
well, carry on...
Seriously - Freelance Traveller is a GREAT resource to the entire
community. Like Timothy, I spent (about 16) years as a
(hobby) magazine editor so, like Clinton once said "I feel your
pain!" And I hope you continue to feel it for years to come.
100 is just a milestone, though a good one, worthy of
celebration...
Do you have a PayPal or Patreon link on your site through which you
accept contributions? You may and I've simply not found it (in
which case, somebody please - gently - share it). Or that may
simply be a road you (nobly but maybe not altogether commonsensically)
don't want to travel. But if you do, please share it.
Bottom line: Keep up the great work!

100 issues. Wow!
Congratulations and well done.
As someone's whose edited a monthly magazine for just over that number
it's little appreciated the dedication and work that this
requires. The constant pressure of a deadline, the wrangling of
material and writers, the tech taming, and the sheer number of hours put
in. Â
Jeff is to be hugely commended for this labour of love across a long
period that's easily one of the wonders of the Traveller universe as I
said of travellermap the other day.
The space it gives fans to read about and write on any aspect of
Traveller is unparalleled and we'd be much the poorer as a community
without it.
On a personal note I would also like to recognise the encouragement and
assistance Jeff has given me across the years. It's been
invaluable and I'm pretty certain I'd not have written as much or as well
without that support. (Though any faults remain entirely
mine).
Thank you and all the best for the next 100 issues!
