From the description above I do not feel that the fuel is entirely used to charge the capacitors, carry off fusion by-products, and cooling the system
If the jump capacitors are charged by some other means, then there apparently is no jump fuel requirement - which is how the Annic Nova works...
The Annic Nova is the only design that has been described using a system which has even fewer details in comparison to all the designs using CT LLB 5 HG 2e 1980 and CT LBB 2 1977/1981 jump drives.
