have a book, not very thick, trade paperback size, published by the Parker
Pen Company, called "Dos and Taboos Around the World" which spotlights some
of the cultural differences that an American [business] traveller needs to
be aware of when travelling and doing business. This is a book that should
be in _every_ referee's library; you can pull virtually any item out of
this volume to throw your players a curveball.
