Is the Traveller SRD still valid in any context or has it been (can it be?) rescinded?

I think that early D&D SRD documents did not allow for the SRD to be rescinded (that is to say, they could not invalidate it for use as it was, although they could stop releasing things with it and thus they would not be covered with it).

What's the situation with the Traveller SRD? And what would still be valid to use with it, if anything?

Just curious.
