I'm going through the Classic Traveller CD-ROM, and I note that "Starter
Traveller" was a boxed set of three books, which are included on the CD. I
also recall that my original Traveller purchase was _also_ a boxed set,
"Deluxe Traveller", which contained the same material, plus "Book 0: An
Introduction to Traveller" and an "Introductory Adventure: The Imperial
Fringe". The Deluxe box also came with a single six-sided die. Question for
the assembled: Did _Starter_ Traveller also come with a six-sided die in
the box, or were you expected to filch dice from your Monopoly or Yahtzee
set?
