That article was a HIWG project that didn't see the light of day or edition details until the age of early web pages, which is why a TNE article has a copyright date years before TNE existed.  The article never got official sanction, and Marc has since made some different decisions. The most apparent, as seen in Traveller Map, is that the Llellewyloly are not necessarily stay-at-home types, and have spread to several nearby worlds they can live on, including Rhylanor.

I wouldn't count on the allergen or the whistling, either, but *I* still find both amusing.
