The best I could find in High Guard is this:
Vehicle Launch Facilities Page 32.
Dispersed Structures: Ships which have a type 7 configuration hull carry craft and ships attached to their exterior. They need no additional fittings. All craft carried by a configuration 7 ship may be launched in one turn.
Which would suggest that docking clams are included in the 110% reequipment for ships/boats over 99 tons.

I did look through my copy of TCS without finding any reference to docking clamps, but there is a possibility that I missed the information.

Anything is possible, but my notes with a source and page number usually denote the information is there. For example I wrote in my CT LBB 5 HG 2e book that fixed mounts are found in the Solomani Alien Module 6 on page 42.

I have a dead tree sticky note in my paper CT LBB 5 HG 2e concerning docking clamps. The note indicates that a docking clamp has an airlock and a page number. Unfortunately, there is nothing on the HG 2e page 32 referenced in the note.
My search of the paper and PDF copies of CT material I have not found any mention of docking clamps.
As indicated in the subject line I have found something similar in TNE, T20, and MgT.
Can someone please let me know if CT really mentions docking clamps and where I can find the information.
