I've had a chance to photograph one of the outlets in my city, this is the one located in the concourse of one of the public transport hubs and uses the concourse seating as it's 'waiting area'.  The ticket machine is just to the left of the patron as they enter and you can see why I thought something like this could be transported in a standard shipping container a'la Brubeks.
