While looking the CT LBB 5 HG 1979 copy I have I finally noticed that the Drive Tech Table is different from the one in CT LBB 5 HG 2e 1980 , in both books the table is on page 23.

In CT LBB 5 HG 1979 the Drive Tech Level Table includes the Power Plant. Per the table P1 = TL 7; P2 = TL 8; P3 = TL 9; P4 = TL 10; P5 = TL 11; and P6 = TL 12.

The TLs for the maneuver drive and the jump drive are both the same.

In an earlier post I suggested that power plant rating of 1 - 6 would probably be TL 7. After looking at CT LBB 5 HG 1979 I'm thinking that maybe the power plant ratings should be the same as for the maneuver drive ratings at the listed TLs in the table.
