4 people on a scout? Are you joking? Sure you’ve got your pilot/engineer/navigator, but what about the rest of the team? At bare minimum you’ve got another 7 people. Put more supplies in the cargo bay, accept a very crowded lounge, and you can hotbunk another 8-16 people! You can move almost an entire platoon of scouts with one type S if you know what you’re doing. Sure, they have no heavy gear available, and the air/raft is replaced with racks of groceries, but you can find enough space to park the thing at the Costco parking lot, right? What kind of mission doesn’t need 24 scouts?
