Travellermap provides a pretty nice API and it’s straightforward to just query the API, pull all the data down and load it into whatever database you like using. I use Mathematica datasets, but it’s easy enough elsewhere too, I imagine.

Here’s an example of searching for worlds with populations greater than 90 billion, that have a thin, standard or dense atmosphere that are Imperial worlds:
