My wife asked a good question this evening as her aunt took us all out
in the garden to watch the IIS fly over and then see Jupiter's moon
and Mars through her telescope.  (The kids were dead impressed). Skies
over York much less light polluted than back home on south coast of
England.

She wanted to know what's the worst medical emergency they've had in
terms of illness or accident and needing doctor etc.  anyone know?
