I am sorry for all of the difficulty.   I just want to make sure that everyone is aware that this outreach is in regards to your NEJM Catalyst and not NEJM.  The NEJM subscription is due to expire August 4, 2023.  The NEJM Catalyst expired at the end of 2022.  I am copying Ebsco and my contact at Ovid.

In my not so humble opinion, the NEJM Group  should have been specific as to the journal(s) they were referencing in their original email.

I received the email below from Ovid.  We paid EBSCO, and then discovered that Ovid was handling the subscription to NEJM.
I am quite annoyed, since Ovid has not, until now, contacted either EBSCO or myself.
In my not so humble opinion, Ovid dropped the ball.
