A new Mailbase discussion list has been started to discuss all topics
specifically about electronic journals.
lis-e-journals is an informal open list for HE staff and other parties
involved with electronic journals to discuss matters relating to
e-journals provision, including administration and management, licensing,
matters of access, consortia deals etc.
It is hoped it will develop into a major forum for discussion, exchange of
information and good practice for all those involved with e-journals. It
is also hoped that it might help to make more sense of what is at present
a very confusing and fluid area.
To join the list go to
http://www.mailbase.ac.uk/lists/lis-e-journals/join.html
Don't just be a lurker. Contribute! Once you have joined the list you can
contribute by sending a message to lis-e-journals@mailbase.ac.uk. If you
have something to say, a question to ask, an observation to make or useful
information to pass on about any aspect of e-journals, post them on
lis-e-journals.
