 I do not think this title has been discussed on the list yet.  There was
discussion about Business America in March (1999).  I recently received
Export America from the US Department of Commerce (International Trade
Administration) with a letter stating that they "reinvented and
reinvigorated Business America". So, Business America's last issue is    V
119 No. 9 (September 1998).  Export America's first issue is V 1 (November
1999).  The web site is under construction, but subscription information and
information about the first issue of Export America can be found at
