Subject: Wholesale scanning

Hello,

The posting regarding archiving college newspapers on microfilm
generated this question.  Are there any places that do wholesale
scanning to put into electronic form rather than microfilm? This might
provide for searching, etc. Maybe on a very small scale like JSTOR?
