Can someone tell me if vol. 11 #1 of this title was ever published?  It is
supposedly a triannual publication; I have through vol. 10 #3.  Then the
next issue is labeled vol. 10 #4, Winter 1997, then vol. 11 #2, Summer 1997.
(After that, I have vol. 11 #3, Win 98, vol. 12 #1, Fall 98, vol. 12 #2 Win
99, and vol. 12 #3 Spr 99.)

I looked at UW-Madison's collection online, and they list "v.11:no.1-3
(1997:Winter-1998:Winter)".

Help?  I'd like to send these issues off to the bindery if I have a complete
volume.
