Dear Bill Maravetz,
Thank you for your email "letter." It is true, that in 1998, Appraisal
only
published one issue: Vol 31:4. However, in 1999 (vol 32) we are
publishing
four issues. (The fall issue, 32:4, is still at the printers at this
time.)
Have you received the 1999 issues properly? According to our records you
have paid for both 1998 and 1999.,We would like to extend your
subscription
to cover three 2000 issues which should make up for the nonexistant 1998
issues.  As for binding these issues, why not include the one 1998 issue
with the 1999s? I am sorry for the confusion and hassle.
