I did a collection about the same size - and I just handled whatever was
in the mail that day - and tried to keep up.  It gets very routine after
the first 25 or so!  Prediction patterns, at least on our system, can be
updated easily - and since titles change frequency at the drop of a hat

I quickly learned just to get something in there and refine/clean up as
necessary later.
