Hi,
AS someone who has more often been an interviewee rather than an
interviewer, I was wondering if before you interview people with those
questions: do you have an idea of what is a good answer. In other words,
do
you decide before hand (for example) that if someone says they haven't
any
weaknesses that they lose points for that? If someone says they pay very
close attention to detail without being able to provide any real
examples
do they lose points.
I think a list of answers to these questions would be great.
