John, Barbara, Diane, Lauren, anyone else who has been following this
thread -

I echo what Diane Drew wrote (Oops - I deleted that original before
sending this message, & therefore hope that anyone who is just "tuning
in" now for the first time will accept my apologies). We have made
essentially the same decisions as Diane thus far, except that we have
not even bound the electronic-only supplements spirally yet. All
we've done is put a sticky note in the bound regular volume directing
users to ask at the circulation desk for the electronic-only
supplements.

I agree, too, that this may be only the tip of the iceberg, and that it
becomes a problem mainly when the electronic pages form part of the
print pagination sequence. No, Laura, I am not yet aware of titles
other than Pediatrics doing this, although we receive fewer than 200
journals. Maybe someone at a larger library has more clarity on this
matter.

I appreciate the efforts who are sharing their perspectives on this and
other relevant topics. Keep the interesting discussions going, and
kudos again to our outstanding list moderators.

Sincerely,
Natalie
