The Journal of Irreproducible Results is a satiric scientific review. As
far as I know, there is no journal that publishes only negative results. I
think the reason is that most scientists encounter the negatives, but then
pursue other approaches which sometimes prove more promising. The negatives
are reported in the body of a paper describing some small (or large)
advance.

This journal is not a joke, though it is fun to read. But, it is very
different from what the original post-er was looking for.
