In AACR(1) serials cataloging, the description is based on the latest
issue in hand, rather than the first issue in hand as in AACR2r serials
cataloging.  Consequently, in AACR(1) serials cataloging the description
is constantly being updated to reflect minor changes, as opposed to
changes being recorded in notes as in AACR2r serials cataloging.  For the
specific rule for recording imprint information see AACR(1)164.
