SciELO is an electronic publisher of scientific journals that offers
online access to collections of journals and articles through the
Internet. SciELO Brazil - http://www.scielo.br - operates regularly since
1997. SciELO Chile - http://www.scielo.cl - has started this year. These
sites operate upon the SciELO Methodology, which will be progressively
implemented in other Latin American and Caribbean countries, envisaging
the creation of a SciELO sites network in the coming years.

At a very few times, the site may be temporarily unavailable due to
technical problems, but this is briefly overcome. Please try now to
access SciELO Brazil. From its home page, click on "Alphabetic list" to
see all journal titles presently available.

Please let me know if there is any question in relation to SciELO, its
collection, navigation, plans.
