Subject: prebound service

We purchase several dozen, heavily used core titles prebound.  I am
increasingly unhappy with this service because of delivery delays and
mistakes in content or on the spines.  Can anyone suggest companies that
provide this service?  I would be happy to change vendors if I could
identify others who provide this service.
