My thanks to Doug Conrads, Nancy Burns, and Maija Cravens for their prompt
answers to my questions.  I think I should look into using the Conser
editing guide.   I'm embarrassed to admit that I have the thing on the
shelf and have neglected to look at it...Sorry for the bother.
