The Royal Society issues Philosophical Transactions in Series A
and Series B. They also issue Proceedings in Series A and Series B. The
open records for these titles in LC and OCLC have a 500: "Title from
cover," yet in January 1999 the cover title changed. There is no note or
added title for the new cover titles. Why hasn't anyone else considered
this a title change? Am I missing something?
