We have received number 1 of 'Nursing homes'.

        It is in fact a 'free' title that comes with the subscription to
Nursing times.  We entered the first issue as a supplement, because we
basically felt the same confusion about it as you did. When I looked at
our subscription agent's database, they listed it as an extra title that
is part of the sub.
        We are now treating it as a title in its own right. Hope that this
