I have just spoken with a customer service representative who explained
the publication history of the magazine.  (Even though the stated
frequency is semi-monthly January through June and monthly thereafter.)

Here goes:
        #1 - January
        #2 - January; special issue sent only to cotton farmers
        #3 - February
        #4, and #5 - March
        #6 - April
        #7 - May/June
        #8 - July

We have an award for the worst title change, maybe we should have one
for the strangest frequency (although this would be a candidate, it
would not be the finalist, I'm sure.)
