May 1999...pg.138, printed vertically along inside fold in small print

June 1999....pg.120, printed vertically along inside fold in small print

July 1999...pg.100, printed horizontally in small print on the bottom
            of the page, found in paragraph- middle of third line.

Look on the very last page where the last picture is.  Ususally, on the
side of the page is the masthead with the information as to how many
issues are published, phone numbers, addresses, etc.  It's written in
small type and is easy to miss.  It canappear on the the vertical side
where the magazine pages meet the back cover.
