Can anyone advise whether "Strategic Finance" is a brand new
magazine from the Institute of Management Accountants
(Montvale, NJ) or is it a title change from "Management Accounting.
They have the same ISSN (0025 1690) and the numbering
continues (v80n9 Mar 99), but the presidents editorial says that
Management Accounting will become a quarterly publication,
suggesting that it will continue.

Confusion reigns!
