Eckerd College received volume v. 26, nos. 1 & 2 (1994) on April 9,
1999, after going through our subscription agent EBSCO.  One of our
professors has tried to contact the publisher to receive personal issues
and has not been able to get through to anyone.  I was extremely
surprised and pleased when these issues came in, as that the publisher
had not sent anything out through the EBSCO Bulletin stating why there
was a delay.
