Ebsco adds their service charges, etc. into each individual
subscription which makes it quite easy for us.  Several years, ago we
had separate entries for the service charges but they were listed on
the original invoice and not billed on a monthly basis, which means
that we prepay for everything but that is not a problem for my
institution.
