I sent e-mail yesterday (April 7) to New Statesman citing the volume change
and explaining the need for libraries to know the publication pattern.  I
asked them how many volumes there will be this year, with what issues they
will change, and what the pattern will be next year.  I'll post their answer
when I get one.
