This conference is open to all interested participants and is NOT
limited to NELINET members only.

NELINET's 19th Annual ILL Spring Meeting is scheduled for June 3 -
 4, 1999 at the College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, MA.

This year's conference, "Celebrating ILL: 20 Years of Resource
Sharing," invites participants to look back over the last 20 years of
dynamic change in the delivery of ILL services, and to look ahead
to exciting new opportunities in delivery of ILL services to users.

The program also includes a New England tradition, the
presentation of the 1998-1999 ILL Department of the Year Award on
Friday, June 4, 1999!

Keynote speakers:
Nada Vaughn, Washington University
Claudia Morner, University of New Hampshire

Breakout sessions address a variety of topics, including:
"Paperless ILL: Statistics & Record Keeping," "Unmediated ILL,"
"Designing User Satisfaction Surveys," "Desktop Delivery,"
"Serving Distant Users," and "ILL TechnoStress."
