The issue for December 1 was misnumbered. It is actually volume 95 number 7.
The issue for December 15 is correctly numbered as volume 95 number 8.
The January 1 and 15 numbers were combined into a single issue numbered
volume 95 number 9 & 10.
The February 1 issue is numbered volume 95 number 11.
