Subject: Micron article reprint?

        We received an article reprint just stuck loose in our Dec.1998 (v.29:6)
issue of Micron.  The reprint was for p.207-233 of  the Apr./June 1998
(v.29:2/3) issue but there was no letter of explanation.  I assume there
must be an error in the original article, but it is not immediately
apparent.  Did anyone else receive this reprint?  Does anyone know why it
was issued?
