Subject: Journal Label software needed

I have software which prints all Weekly and Monthly journal label.
It's written in "Basic" language about 15 years ago.
It doesn't work on my WindowNT.

Would like to find a replacement. Hope someone could help.

My old software works like this:
For the Weekly, you enter the first issuing date and the last issuing
date that you need, i.g. for Nature, the first label you want is Jan. 7,
1999 and the last label you need is Dec. 31, 2000.   The software will
print all the labels for all those weeks (sunday's date of each week and
the year, 1999 or 2000).  In another words, the software know what dates
to use.

Hope there is something out there that can do the same work.

Please suggest.  Thank you very much.
